Do not rinse the EZ-Clean Membrane filter cartridge horizontally under tap water. When opening or closing the Katadyn BeFree water filter, do not hold or squeeze the EZ-Clean Membrane filter cartridge with your hands, as this will damage the hollow fiber membrane in the filter.
